CEO Office Analyst and EA
Job Summary & Purpose:
The CEO Office Analyst – Data, AI & Decision Intelligence supports the CEO by transforming organizational data
into structured insights that enable faster and better decision-making.
The role focuses on integrating business data, building analytical frameworks, and leveraging AI technologies
to automate information synthesis and executive decision support.
The Analyst will help design intelligent information systems and agentic AI workflows that consolidate data
from internal systems such as ERP, data warehouses, dashboards, and operational reports, enabling the CEO to
directly access reliable insights without relying on manual business reviews.
This role combines business analysis, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies to streamline executive
information flow and improve organizational responsiveness.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Executive Data Intelligence:
ï· Consolidate operational, financial, and strategic data from multiple internal systems
including ERP, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
ï· Convert raw business data into structured executive-level insights and dashboards.
ï· Build concise analytical summaries highlighting trends, anomalies, risks, and
opportunities.
ï· Support the CEO in interpreting data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
2 AI-Driven Decision Support Systems
ï· Design and prototype AI-powered executive information assistants that enable quick
retrieval of business insights.
ï· Develop Agentic AI workflows that automate the extraction, synthesis, and
summarization of enterprise data.
ï· Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to streamline
executive information management.
ï· Collaborate with internal data teams to integrate AI solutions with existing data
infrastructure.
3 Business Analysis & Insight Generation:
ï· Conduct structured analysis of business performance across sales, operations, logistics,and customer metrics.
ï· Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
ï· Support hypothesis-driven analysis to identify performance drivers and operational
inefficiencies.
ï· Assist in developing predictive and analytical models to support strategic planning.
4 Information Architecture & Knowledge Management:
ï· Build structured information repositories for CEO-level intelligence.
ï· Create frameworks to organize internal data, reports, and insights into accessible
formats.

5 Strategic Research & Technology Exploration:

ï· Assist the CEO office in implementing technology-led improvements to decision-making
processes.
