Job Description

Type: Full-time

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions.
• Roadmap Management: Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and ensure effective communication.
• Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum value.
• Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and inform product decisions.
• AI Model Testing: Test AI and ML models, define passing criteria for AI services, and ensure models meet performance standards.
• Content Preparation: Prepare and format content for training AI models, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• R&D: Conduct research on the latest state-of-the-art models, particularly in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), to inform product development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with JIRA for project and task management.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and tools.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python, or C++.
• Understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Research Skills:

• Ability to conduct thorough market research and R&D on recent advancements in AI, specifically in GenAI and LLMs.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Participate in rotations to partnering functions, including but not limited to product design, data science, and AI.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with professionals from different departments to understand their workflows and challenges.

Project Management:

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Learning and Development:

• Complete learning on action projects to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Learn the best practices from academia and industry.
• Knowledge of the most important libraries for NLP
