Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Creative & Marketing Manager with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand identity to lead all creative initiatives for our real estate developments. The ideal candidate will blend artistic vision with strategic marketing to build compelling brand experiences across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction- Develop and lead the creative vision for real estate projects from branding and brochures to digital assets and show unit visuals.
- Oversee design execution for marketing collaterals, property signage, sales galleries, and launch campaigns.
- Collaborate with architectural visualization partners, agencies, and photographers to ensure aesthetic alignment and storytelling.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and implement integrated campaigns for property launches, roadshows, and digital promotions.
- Develop engaging content (visuals, taglines, videos) for social media, paid ads, websites, and real estate portals.
- Ensure campaigns align with target audience preferences and elevate the brand&aposs market position.
- Maintain consistent brand language across all touchpointssales offices, hoardings, websites, print, and social platforms.
- Lead the refresh or creation of brand identities for new developments, including naming, logos, and design systems.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across internal and external communications.
- Work closely with Sales, Development, and Leasing teams to support marketing collateral needs.
- Liaise with external creative agencies, 3D rendering studios, printers, and media partners.
- Support PR and event teams with branded assets for launches, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 610 years of experience in creative and marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or architecture/design sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and visual storytelling work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools.
- Experience with real estate marketing channels: property portals, CRM campaigns, 3D walkthroughs, etc.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with luxury real estate or master-planned communities.
- Knowledge of regional (GCC/MENA) real estate market preferences and buyer personas.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering, architectural photography, or video production.
