Purchase Executive – Real Estate

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase.
• Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationals, preferably 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field with 4–5 years of procurement experience in the real estate development or construction industry.
• Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Salary: AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
