Job Description

Job Overview:

A solid understanding of Design Systems is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create high-quality digital experiences across web and touchpoint platforms, including ATM, tablet, and CRM interfaces
• Design System Implementation: Ensure consistency in UI/UX design by adhering to and evolving the existing design system
• User-Centered Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with user needs and business objectives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of designs
• Design Optimization: Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience
• Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while designing visually compelling interfaces

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web design with expertise in UI/UX for digital platforms
• Hands-on experience with Design Systems and their implementation
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience in designing for ATM, Tablet, CRM, or similar interfaces is highly preferred
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic front-end understanding is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or financial services will be a plus
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect
