Job Description

Join SBP Groupa multidisciplinary powerhouse in Dubai bringing together Scarlet Royal (Branding), Brevart (Architecture & Interior Design), and Pixframe (Creative Studio). We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive group-level growth by connecting clients with our integrated suite of branding, design, and creative solutions.

Purpose of The Job:

To accelerate business growth across all three companies under SBP Group by identifying, engaging, and securing high-potential clients. The Sales Executive will operate at the group level, presenting the collective value of SBP's services while customizing solutions to meet diverse client needs across branding, spatial design, and multimedia production.

This role combines consultative selling with a strategic understanding of creative industries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and client acquisition across Scarlet Royal, Brevart, and Pixframe.
  • Promote the group's integrated offerings: branding strategy, identity design, interior and architectural design, motion graphics, video production, and digital content.
  • Understand the client's industry, challenges, and objectives to propose the most suitable mix of services across SBP entities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and project scoping sessions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and creative teams across all three companies to build compelling, cross-disciplinary proposals.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  • Meet or exceed individual and group sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, ideally within creative industries such as branding, architecture, design, or multimedia production.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and solution-based client engagement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of branding, design, and creative production services.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize client needs into group-level service strategies.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms for remote meetings and virtual presentations.

Job Type:Onsite-full time

Base: Dubai
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, two days off.

Package: Competitive monthly salary plus commission.
