Senior Data Architect - Financial Services AI COE

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 AED p/m

A leading financial services group is building one of the most ambitious AI Centres of Excellence in the Middle East, and were seeking a Senior Data Architect to play a critical role in shaping the data infrastructure powering next-generation AI solutions.

• Collaborate with top-tier data scientists, engineers, and strategists to build scalable AI solutions

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering in complex technology environments
• Expertise in distributed data systems such as Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Strong background in data modeling, metadata management, and governance in regulated domains
• Familiarity with ML data workflows and integration with cloud-based AI platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred)

• Design and maintain scalable, robust data architecture to support AI product development and deployment
• Build and manage data pipelines (batch and streaming) to enable high-quality, real-time data access
• Define and implement data standards, governance protocols, and documentation for structured and unstructured data
• Optimise storage strategies with a focus on performance, compliance, and scalability
• Select and implement tools for data orchestration, lineage, and monitoring
• Advise on system design through deep expertise in data modeling and enterprise integration
