Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Retail
Location: UAE
A leading luxury retail group in the UAE is looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates to join its growing team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products best suited to their requirements.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising activities.
- Ensure stock availability and maintain store presentation standards.
- Assist with CRM initiatives and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate after-sales service requirements with relevant teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, watches, jewellery, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good numerical and basic IT skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
