Planning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning team in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and engineering departments.
• Prepare and maintain planning and progress reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Support senior planners in analyzing delays and proposing mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in planning or project control within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with project planning tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team environment.
