Education: Diploma in Engineering

Job Summary

To perform the maintenance activities of RM Mill in order to achieve the assigned targets such as minimize plant down time and increase the mill availability & consumption of spares with cost consciousness.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Production: To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipment s in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time for maintenance related development works

Prompt Trouble Shooting: Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment s and provide the assistance to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works

Providing Solutions: Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the RM Plant. To communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan & rectify the same.

Audit and Investigation: Inspection of equipment s to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related development works.

Maintenance Support: To assist and help Superiors in Mechanical Maintenance (RM ) in all technical areas to ensure smooth maintenance of the RM for uninterrupted production and co-ordination with other departments.
