Real Estate Training Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives and talent development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to elevate agent performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term business growth.Experience in the Dubai real estate market and an understanding of the RERA framework is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Design: Develop and implement a training strategy aligned with the companys goals and Dubai&aposs real estate market demands.
Design onboarding programs for new agents, including modules on RERA compliance, CRM systems, listing portals, and company policies.Create learning paths for career progression within secondary sales, off-plan sales and leasing divisions.
Content Development:
Create and maintain engaging training materials, e-learning content, and real-world sales scenarios based on the Dubai real estate environment.
Customize soft skills training (negotiation, client handling, communication) for real estate professionals.
Regulatory & Compliance Training: Ensure all agents maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws and ethical practices.Performance Coaching & Evaluation: Conduct skills gap analysis and tailor coaching programs for underperforming agents.
Collaborate with sales managers to evaluate training effectiveness and individual agent performance.Technology & Systems Training:
Deliver training on CRM platforms, listing portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), and digital marketing tools relevant to the real estate sector.
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and support talent development across all functions.
Manage external facilitators, and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a training and development role, preferably within a real estate agency or sales-driven environment.Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA guidelines, and industry-specific platforms.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Training certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or RERA trainer license) are an advantage.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficient in training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
