As we continue to expand our global presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Video Designer to help bring our brand, products, and customer success stories to life through engaging visual content.
Position Overview
The Motion Graphics & Video Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, motion graphics, animations, product explainers, social media creatives, advertisements, and marketing videos that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, video editing, and digital marketing content. Experience working in a SaaS, technology, startup, or B2B environment will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Animation- Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design product explainer videos showcasing software features and benefits.
- Develop promotional videos for social media, websites, landing pages, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Create animated infographics and visual storytelling content.
- Design animated UI/UX walkthroughs highlighting platform functionality.
- Produce feature launch videos and product update announcements.
- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging video content.
- Create short-form videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Paid advertisements
- Produce long-form content for:
- Product demonstrations
- Customer testimonials
- Webinars
- Training videos
- Corporate presentations
- Add transitions, effects, typography, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create visual content supporting business objectives.
- Develop software feature demonstration videos.
- Create onboarding and tutorial videos for customers.
- Design videos explaining workflows, automation, CRM features, reporting dashboards, appointment management, loyalty programs, POS systems, and other software functionalities.
- Translate technical product features into visually compelling customer-focused content.
- Create creative assets for:
- Organic social media campaigns
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Lead generation initiatives
- Email marketing campaigns
- Website banners and landing pages
- Develop platform-specific content optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and content best practices.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Assist in developing visual assets that strengthen brand positioning globally.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
- Experience creating content for SaaS, technology, digital products, startups, or B2B businesses preferred.
