Secretary – Contemporary Art Gallery
Location: Dubai, UAE – Full-time
Arturo Palomba Art Gallery LLC is looking for a motivated Secretary to support administrative, organizational and communication activities within an international contemporary art environment.
This is a full-time position. Compensation and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and profile.
The selected candidate will support daily office coordination, communication and scheduling activities, working closely with the gallery management and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily administrative and organizational activities
- Managing scheduling, meeting coordination and follow-up activities
- Supporting communication with artists, collectors, partners and visitors
- Assisting with documentation and internal coordination activities
- Supporting gallery event and exhibition organization
- Assisting with office management and operational coordination tasks
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, hospitality or related roles, internships included
- Interest in contemporary art, galleries, luxury or cultural sectors is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an international and client-oriented environment
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
