Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and highly professional Housekeeping Supervisors and Housekeeping Attendants to join our hospitality team. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, discretion, and service excellence in a luxury private environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, suites, and all estate areas
• Follow strict housekeeping standards, protocols, and service etiquette
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and repair requirements promptly
• Ensure rooms and areas are always prepared to the highest standard
• Supervise or support housekeeping operations depending on role level
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide professional, discreet, and courteous service at all times
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in housekeeping (luxury hotels, 5-star properties, or private estates preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-standard environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, disciplined, and well-groomed appearance
• Team-oriented with a positive and respectful attitude
• For Supervisor role: proven leadership experience required
• Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private estates, or yachts preferred
