A strategic opportunity for a results-driven GCC Company Formation Sales Manager to lead and expand company formation services across the region. This is a high-impact role focused on driving sales growth, developing new revenue channels, and managing qualified inbound and B2B leads.You will engage a diverse client basefrom SMEs and individuals to larger corporatesrequiring confidence, credibility, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
As a GCC Company Formation Sales Manager, you will help shape the evolution of the sales strategy, contribute to platform enhancements, and scale the company's market presence across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring a performance-driven and accountable culture.
- As a GCC Company Formation Sales Manager, drive expansion across the GCC by leveraging in-depth regulatory knowledge of jurisdictions such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Generate new business opportunities through your B2B network, particularly targeting SMEs, consultancies, and international companies entering the region.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the company formation business unit, contributing to broader revenue objectives.
- Define and evolve OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align the team with strategic goals.
- Optimise sales processes using data analytics to track performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance automation and improve platform functionality.
- Stay current on changes to visa regulations, business formation policies, and freelance visa rules across GCC nations.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure seamless lead conversion.
- Represent the company at key events, pitch meetings, and client engagements as a lead GCC Company Formation Sales Manager.
- Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales contributions.

- 35 years of relevant experience in GCC markets.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a strong personal network to develop new business.
- In-depth understanding of company formation regulations in at least 23 GCC countries.
- Track record of meeting commercial targets and using data to inform strategy.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales platforms, and tech collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to refining service offerings.
