Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team, specializing in both off-plan and secondary market sales. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network through active prospecting and referrals.
• Guide clients through the property buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project launches, and competitive pricing.
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications in CRM.

Requirements:

• 34 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan and secondary market).
• Proven sales track record in the Dubai property market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations and the Dubai real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
