Job Description
Sales & Business Development- Identify and track projects with strong sales potential; maintain and update project pipeline monthly.
- Conduct technical sales presentations to consultants, and contractors.
- Gather client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions with clear value propositions.
- Prepare sales quotations in line with pricing policies; seek final approval from Line Manager.
- Report weekly on sales activities, project status, and achieved milestones.
- Participate in sales meetings to refine sales strategies and coordinate action plans.
- Update monthly sales forecasts to support production and inventory planning.
- Manage assigned projects from specification and approval stage through to delivery and post‑sales support.
- Coordinate internally with logistics, technical, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, client approvals, and technical documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality.
- Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports where required.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Support the determination of sales targets and contribute to achieving or exceeding them.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in civil Engineer or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
- Proven experience managing projects in the UAE and GCC region.
- Experience working with Chinese clients or suppliers (preferred).
- Mandarin Chinese – Required,
- English – Excellent proficiency
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- CRM knowledge and advanced use of Microsoft applications.
- Customer‑focused, adaptable, and results-driven.
