Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer Admin & Recruitment to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the HR Generalist, you will support full-cycle recruitment activities, assist with onboarding, and ensure seamless HR operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms; continuously develop and update job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Outlook, and other channels, applying headhunting techniques for critical roles.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screeningsincluding salary verification, expected compensation, and notice-period checksfollowed by initial interviews.
- Discuss role requirements and hiring timelines with the hiring manager.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews (virtual or in-person), coordinating calendars for hiring teams, candidates, clients, and local authorities.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from interviewers / hiring managers and share summaries with HR Supervisor.
- Work with the hiring manager to finalize offer details for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for faster recruitment of essential roles.
- Send onboarding emails and create webmail accounts for new joiners
- Conduct employee portal orientations and lead office tours for new hires
- Process and submit medical reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance with policy requirements, and timely follow-up
- Prepare and update HR forms, SOPs, organization charts, and the HRMS structure
- Coordinate registrations for external events, seminars, and conferences
- Arrange and coordinate small office celebrations by planning the event, organizing food and decorations, sending invitations, and ensuring smooth execution
- Set up autoresponders and email forwarders for employees on leave
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Proficient in using an ATS and MS Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
