Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based and international investors
- Deliver exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey
- Conduct professional property viewings and high-level client presentations
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment strategies, including ROI analysis
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming launches
- Position yourself as a trusted market expert
- Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic or European languages are a strong advantage)
- Experience: Sales experience preferred (UAE real estate experience is a plus, not mandatory)
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge: Understanding of UAE real estate laws and processes is beneficial
- Mindset: Target-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow
