Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Realty Client Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with their property investment and leasing needs, managing real estate transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.The role involves property management, lease negotiations, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Qualifications- Expertise in Real Property, Real Estate, and Property Management
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and Negotiation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and either Arabic or a European language
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
