Project Manager (Part-Time) Solar Energy & EV Charging Projects - UAE

Position Overview

The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, approvals, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy and EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for project approvals and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with:
• Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)
• Planning and Development Authorities
• Dubai Development Authority (DDA)
• Dubai Civil Defense
• Sustainability Departments
• EV Charging Infrastructure Authorities and Service Providers
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Review technical proposals, drawings, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Energy Projects and/or EV Charging Infrastructure Projects.
• Proven experience in hybrid power systems and renewable energy solutions.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations, approval processes, and utility connections.
• Experience dealing with Dubai government authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards and green energy initiatives in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
