Abu Dhabi - Financial Director

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a financial director to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to meet company goals and objectives across the assigned region.
- Perform financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advise on the financial implications of the company's operation.
- Responsible for reviewing financial business cases on investments and resource allocation.
- Playing a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables.
- Analysing and reporting the financial results of periodic operations, including product and country revenues and profitability.
- Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls in compliance with regulatory standards and company policy and procedures.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience is a must.
- Excellent planning, forecasting, analysis skills, and P&L management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
