Sales Executive & Estimator

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month + Attractive Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Estimator Responsibilities Included) to join our growing team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the flooring industry, with the ability to manage client relationships, conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales opportunities.

This role is suitable for a proactive professional who can combine strong sales skills with technical estimation knowledge to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service.

• Conduct client site visits and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and cost proposals.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable flooring solutions.
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve client concerns, complaints, and project-related issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and estimation within a flooring company.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, site measurements, and quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage site visits independently.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Must be presentable, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500
• Attractive commission based on sales performance
