Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various marketing initiatives of UNIMED/STAYWELL in collaboration with the Group Marketing to ensure alignment of marketing activities and support the groups overall marketing initiatives .This role requires excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to multiple tasks and changing priorities.The ideal candidate will have a passion for both the pharmaceutical industry and creative marketing, with a keen eye for design and storytelling. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our pharmaceutical products while adhering to industry regulations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Design and produce UNIMED/STAYWELL marketing materials such as print ads, digital ads, brochures, sales aids, and packaging that effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Develop and maintain UNIMED/STAYWELL brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all UNIMED marketing materials.
- Work closely with photographers, and videographers to produce compelling content that resonates with the UNIMED/ STAYWELL target audience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform creative decisions.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure all UNIMED/STAYWELL marketing materials comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform creative strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse the performance of creative campaigns and optimize based on key metrics and insights.
- Stay informed about new developments in pharmaceutical marketing trends and technologies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to plan and align on promotional calendars, marketing campaigns, and special offers.
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years&apos experience in marketing/brand management
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
