Corporate Lawyer

Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE and corporate law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to safeguard the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and departments on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the companys operations, policies, and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, or arbitration when required.
• Manage litigation cases and coordinate with external law firms if necessary.
• Protect the companys interests by minimizing legal risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Assist in company structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry practices that may affect the company.
• Prepare legal reports, summaries, and risk assessments for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB); Masters Degree or equivalent is an advantage.
• Valid license to practice law in the UAE (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, contracts, and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical legal solutions.
• Arabic speaker.
