Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled Multi-Technicians with a strong background in AC maintenance, along with hands-on expertise in plumbing and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should be dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to carry out day-to-day maintenance operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, including split units, FCUs, and ducted systems.
• Diagnose and repair AC system faults, gas leak detection, and compressor troubleshooting.
• Conduct plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing pipes, clearing blockages, and installing sanitary fixtures.
• Handle basic electrical and general maintenance works such as light fixture replacement, minor carpentry, and painting.
• Respond to maintenance service requests and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain proper records of completed tasks and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while performing maintenance duties.
• Assist in site inspections and provide regular updates to the supervisor or team lead.
