Creative Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead the company's overall marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the in-house marketing team, developing brand strategy, launching real estate projects, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and community activations.

• Build and develop the in-house marketing team from the ground up.
• Lead the planning and execution of brand identity, campaign strategy, and marketing communications.
• Manage the successful launch of real estate developments across Dubai and other state.
• Work closely with local and international agencies to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and deliver lifestyle-led campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Oversee events, community activations, and promotional activities.
• Manage website redesign projects, including messaging, visuals, and performance tracking.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives, sales targets, and project timelines.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, design, and project teams, to support business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing management, preferably within real estate development.
• Strong background in brand strategy, campaign management, events, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing external agencies and internal creative teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and consumer-focused marketing.
