Job Summary:
We are looking for *Lift Installation Technicians and Helpers (Labor Category)* to join our team for lift installation, erection, and commissioning projects. The role requires working on-site, assisting in installation activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift erection, alignment, and commissioning
- Shaft measurement and guide rail installation
- Installation of cabin, landing doors, and machine room components
- Support wiring and control panel termination
- Assist in motor, brake, and drive assembly
- Perform safety checks and functional testing
- Coordinate with main contractor and site engineers
- Maintain site discipline, PPE, and safety compliance
- Submit daily site progress reports
- Helpers/Laborers to assist technicians in all installation activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in lift installation is preferred (for technicians)
- Helpers / Laborers with construction or site experience can apply
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical is an added advantage
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to work on-site
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Overtime and work pressure may be applicable based on project requirements
- Work involves physical labor and site-based activities
