Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and energetic *Business Development Executive (BDE)* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships with potential traders.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, and social platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Explain our trading programs and services to potential clients
- Convert leads into paid customers
- Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign feedback
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Basic knowledge of Forex trading
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling clients and closing deals
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Must have own visa (mandatory)
