Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social Media Specialist with proven agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive monthly social media strategies across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Monthly social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience
• Create structured monthly content calendars, including campaign planning and content pillars
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and account management) to ensure timely content delivery
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver Monthly analytical reports, including actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience within a social media or digital marketing agency environment
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, content development, and campaign execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of design and/or video editing tools
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
