Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of properties or facilities, ensuring timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. A valid driving license is essential for site visits, supervision, and emergency response.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Technical diploma or vocational training in maintenance or engineering preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property, building, or facility maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Valid UAE Driving License (or applicable country license) is mandatory.

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).

Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
