The Head of Operations is responsible for establishing and leading the operational backbone of a new Entity in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures the delivery of efficient, secure, and scalable operational services, both locally and through outsourced arrangements with the international parent bank

Description
The individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing technology integration, client on-boarding, client servicing, and the first line of risk management, all while ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory standards and alignment with group policies.The role is a member of the Exec Committee.
The role of Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring and managing a single life-cycle, performance and outsourced delivery of the technology estate and operations, on boarding and first line risk management.
Key areas of focus would be Operational leadership, oversight of outsourced services, collaborate with the CTO to align on technology platforms, integration plans, and cyber-resilience, client on-boarding and servicing, meeting governance and regulatory requirements and recruitment and training for the entity.
