Job Purpose
The Specialist, Workshop Operations is responsible for providing specialized technical support and hands-on execution of workshop maintenance, repair, and readiness activities for cementing and pressure pumping equipment.
The role ensures that all equipment is maintained, repaired, tested, and certified to meet operational, safety, and quality requirements, enabling reliable and timely support to Cementing Operations in line with ADNOC Drilling standards.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
Job-Specific Accountabilities- Carry out specialized maintenance, repair, overhaul, and troubleshooting of cementing and pressure pumping equipment, including pumping units, HP iron, manifolds, valves, and auxiliary systems.
- Ensure workshop activities support operational readiness of equipment for cementing jobs, meeting availability, reliability, and quality requirements.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance schedules, OEM recommendations, and ADNOC standards.
- Perform functional testing, pressure testing, and certification support for cementing equipment prior to mobilization to rig sites.
- Identify equipment defects, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities, and provide technical input to Supervisor, Workshop Operations.
- Support equipment mobilization and demobilization activities, ensuring readiness, documentation, and compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, inspection reports, and certification documentation in relevant systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, safe working practices, PTW procedures, and ADNOC Drilling policies within the workshop and yard.
- Coordinate with Cementing Operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of tools, spares, and consumables.
- Support root cause analysis and failure investigations related to equipment issues and implement corrective actions as directed.
- Provide technical guidance and onu2011theu2011job support to Operators and Senior Operators, Workshop, as required.
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives related to workshop operations and asset integrity.
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Education
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 6u20138 years of hands-on experience in oilfield services workshop operations, preferably within cementing or pressure pumping operations.
