The Sales Director is responsible for designing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company goals, leading, training, on boarding a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive strategic sales plans to reach company sales targets, aligning with business objectives.
- Organize successful launch event for new upcoming projects.
- Managing 20+ sales people team
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, ensuring consistent progress toward sales goals.
- Achieve KPIs by executing sales plans effectively within the established timeframes.
- Conduct performance management of the sales team, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
- Organize training sessions focused on product knowledge and team motivation to enhance team capabilities.
- Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for Sales Team positions, ensuring the team is built with the right talent.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM systems, ensuring proper usage for generating detailed reports and tracking sales progress.
- Ensure effective lead management by aligning with the Marketing team to monitor and assign leads, while offering feedback on ongoing campaigns.
- Manage and implement the sales plan, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts, sales targets, and customer needs.
- Position the company as a trusted real estate brand by fostering excellent customer experiences throughout the sales process.
- Organize and host sales events for potential clients to engage them and strengthen business relationships.
- Regularly review market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
- Organize and manage relationships with local and international brokers to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements:
-Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.- 10 year’s experience in managers roles with Dubai TOP Developers
-Highly result-oriented, with a strong ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
-Proficient in sales forecasting and reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.-In-depth knowledge of real estate legalities, sales processes, and negotiations in Dubai.
Salary: AED 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
