Job Description
SCOPE:
We are looking to hire a young and passionate UAEN Fresh Graduate for our HR team. The Recruiting Officer strategizes with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business of attracting the best available talent in the market.This position also builds relationships with prospective talent and hiring managers. The Recruiting Officer is a key contributor to the success of the growth of the company
KEY OBJECTIVES:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition- Actively source and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, applicant tracking system, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone/teams screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and/or coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and communication it to the relevant parties.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary ranges, and best practices in recruitment.
Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers, based on market research.
Onboarding Support- Assist in the visa and onboarding process by coordinating paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0- 2years proven experience as a recruiter, or similar HR function
