UAE Consulting Opportunity – Policy, Process & Procedure Specialists
Senior Consultant - Assistant Manager Level- 6 months
Remote
Multiple internal functions (NOT Risk & Compliance)
I am currently looking to speak with experienced consultants and contractors who have previously worked on policy, process, procedure, framework, and operating model development projects within the UAE financial services sector.
This opportunity is supporting a growing FinTech organisation undergoing significant business expansion and operational maturity.
Importantly, this is NOT a Risk & Compliance assignment.
We are seeking subject matter experts who have designed and implemented policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operating models across one or more of the following functions:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Legal
- Operations
- Finance
- IT
- Technology
- Cyber Security
- Sales
- Marketing
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering policy, process, and framework design projects within UAE financial services organisations
- Strong understanding of CBUAE expectations and regulatory operating environments
- Consulting, advisory, transformation, or contractor background preferred
- Experience developing practical, scalable policies and procedures rather than simply reviewing existing documentation
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive implementation
- Available to start within 2–4 weeks
We are particularly interested in individuals who have worked with banks, FinTechs, payments businesses, digital banks, exchange houses, lending platforms, or other CBUAE-regulated entities.
