Audit & Accountancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CPA-qualified Accountant to join our dynamic investment firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our investment strategies through precise accounting and financial analysis.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the full accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the investment team to monitor financial transactions and investment performance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
• Maintain internal controls and suggest improvements to optimize financial processes.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting laws and regulations relevant to the investment industry.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in accounting within investment firms or related financial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: AED 6,500 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
