Job Description

This is a key role in growing our client base and increasing service bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services such as maintenance, diagnostics, detailing, and repairs.
• Explain services, offers, and promotions in a clear and professional manner to generate appointments and inquiries.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their vehicle needs, especially those with German or European cars (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche).
• Follow up on leads generated from social media, digital ads, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the service advisors and workshop team to confirm bookings and ensure smooth customer service flow.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information to resolve concerns.
• Stay updated on automotive service trends, seasonal needs, and promotional packages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles; automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or German language skills are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance or European car brands is desirable.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and customer-first mindset.
