Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of cost and contract administration throughout the post-contract phase of our ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant local experience.
• Background: Previous exposure to a consultancy environment is highly regarded, demonstrating strong understanding of contractual procedures, cost control, and client communication.
• Projects: Proven experience working on building and villa projects, with solid knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and measurement standards.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare valuations, cost reports, and contractual documentation accurately and efficiently.
• License: A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred to facilitate site visits and project coordination.
• Location: Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join within a reasonable timeframe.
