Job Purpose:
The job holder will be responsible to execute activities related to corporate culture and various functions including internal communications within the company thus provide support in achieving company's corporate communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute internal communications initiatives that reflect DHRE's brand strategy and values so that a unified, consistent and positive message promotes DHRE's corporate identity and vision.
Work closely with Function head and develop internal and corporate communication plan(s) and annual calendar outlining objectives that support key communication goals for DHRE and ensure effective implementation of the same.
Review content for internal messages from leadership team on various accepts of the business and employees and liaise internally with key stakeholders to create/edit content for key corporate events such as town halls, get together, etc.
Prepare and track Communications calendar ensuring weekly communications are prepared, drafted and approved by the management ahead of deadlines to ensure they are posted on the agreed weekly dates and times.
Responsible for the content of the intranet portal ensuring it is informative, relevant, and caters to the diverse interests of employees to enhance engagement.
Consolidate reports and progress presentations in-order to contribute to the success of the department and the company as a whole.
Provide support and host the internal Company Event by building a smooth and affirmative relationship with all stakeholders, relevant departments, corporate heads and business units.
Prepare and/or review written content for internal and corporate communications, including announcement, newsletter and presentations that support company's internal communications needs.
Create Company newsletter and develop relevant content that effectively communicates company's news and reflects the voice of employees.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in preparing internal events / announcements, new products, launches and promotions ensuring adherences to corporate and brand guidelines and effective and timely dissemination of information to employees and stakeholders so as to upkeep the corporate identity and build a positive corporate image.
Promote employee engagement culture and arrange activities across the company by ensuring seamless and meaningful communication to employees.
Provide support in Crisis communications and issues management that will help to foster employee moral.
Support in the development of internal communication materials, templates and designs to facilitate other functions that promote consistency and quality in communication across different functions within the organization.
Track budgets for corporate communication, Corporate Culture, and events and ensure monitoring of actual vs. budget spent on all the activities related to corporate communications.
Candidate Qualifications, Experiences & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations/ Marketing; Master's degree- preferred.
Knowledge of media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Corporate/ Internal communications
Proficient with digital communication platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web content management systems.
Time Management skills -Ability to manage multiple projects
Proactive and attention to detail and quality.
Ability to develop and execute effective communication plans in high-pressure situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic), with the ability to develop and deliver clear, concise messages to a variety of audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
