About the Role
The Director is an important pillar within the Front Office of the Private Bank. The position has mainly Revenue generating responsibilities.
Managing an own book to generate Net New Money & Revenues for the Private
Key Responsibilities
Manage High-Value Portfolios: Handle client portfolios valued at AED 500-1,000 million, generating AED 5-12 million in annual revenue. Grow Our Network: Acquire AED 400 million in Net New Money annually and build long-term client relationships .Deliver Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with the Private Banking Investments Team to provide customized investment strategies aligned with client goals .Drive Cross-Selling: Partner with other business units to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and originate Direct Investment Deals .Lead by Example: Mentor junior team members, foster teamwork, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Finance or Bachelors degree CFA or equivalent financial services qualifications
Min. 4 years of relevant experience in Financial
Services Strong knowledge about the majority of all assets & liabilities products as well as capital markets, portfolio management and investment products
Full understanding of Compliance, Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering Acts as well as standard banking procedures
Strong expertise in investment products, portfolio management, and capital markets.
Knowledge of compliance, due diligence, and anti-money laundering. Familiarity with legal structures such as trusts and offshore entities.
