We are looking for a Vendor Inspection Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Qusahwira, Abu Dhabi, UAEContract Duration: 24 Months
Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, or related field.
Major: Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the oil and gas sector.Familiarity with major codes and standards used in oil & gas
Familiar with ADNOC standards codes
Services Description
Coordinate vendor inspections to meet project timelines.
Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor proceduresMaintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status.
Issue inspection release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post-inspection.
Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards.
Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.
