Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Supervisor located in Dubai. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing maintenance and repair tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years UAE experience as engineering / maintenance supervisory role in hospitality or facility management is a must.
UAE driving license is a must
Strong background in HVAC/Electrical and general knowledge of MEP
Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
Technical certification or diploma in a related field
