Job Summary:

We're seeking a content-savvy individual to document day-to-day moments within the company and create compelling content that highlights our properties, agents, and brand. The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera, confident in social media trends, and passionate about telling real stories in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

Document the daily activities of real estate agents and company events using photo and video.

Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, and other platforms.

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, property walk-throughs, agent spotlights, and lifestyle content.

Consistently post across social channels with a focus on building brand visibility and engagement.

Maintain an organized digital asset library for team access.

Collaborate with agents and team members to schedule and plan shoots.

Design basic posters and promotional materials for listings and announcements using tools like Canva.

Requirements:

Experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media management.

Proficiency in editing tools or mobile editing apps.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).

Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and visual branding.

Self-starter with the ability to manage time and meet posting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator

Familiarity with short-form video trends and best practices.

Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly.
