Synopsis
Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks as per operational requirements to timely identify and rectify defects and to ensure safety of flight operations.
AccountabilitiesSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevant technical Data and in that respect keeps him/herself updated on current and new Technical and Quality Notices issued also general/technical information.Ensure maximum attention is given to on time performance, by assuring that all materials, tooling and equipment along with associated documentation is prepared in advance to the task in handInform and consult with LAE as required to enable LAE to maintain a complete overview of Aircraft Maintain a FOD free working area and clean up bay area before and after workDevelop one self and increase Aircraft knowledge with ultimate goal for further career developmentAccept appropriate training that will enable a more effective contributionProactively participate in all Health and Safety mattersPromote a reporting culture that aligns with the companies?ethosEnsure that all unused serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct label attachedEnsure any tooling or equipment used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition, or clearly labeled if defective
Education & ExperienceEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Valid aircraft maintenance license (ICAOII, EASA66 + GCAA). Formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent. 2 years Line/Base Maintenance Environment
