Job Description

Hiring: Cashier & Admin Shipping Company

Job Location: Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support invoice processing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks; coordinate with external accounting consultancy.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, supplies, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and documents.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary Budget: AED 5000 per month + benefits + 2 days off per week.
