Hiring: Cashier & Admin Shipping CompanyJob Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash collections, deposits, and reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.
- Support invoice processing, receipts, and basic accounting tasks; coordinate with external accounting consultancy.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, supplies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and documents.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Salary Budget: AED 5000 per month + benefits + 2 days off per week.
