This role is ideal for a learning and performance professional who enjoys turning strategy into action, working closely with stakeholders, and using data to drive meaningful development outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning & Development Execution
  • Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
  • Coordinate the rollout of learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives across functions
  • Manage endtoend training logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials, and communications
  • Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness
  • Maintain the organizational learning calendar and ensure smooth program execution
  • Support the development of structured learning journeys for corporate and industrial roles
Capability Development & Learning Journeys
  • Support the development and implementation of capability frameworks and structured development pathways
  • Assist in identifying capability gaps based on business needs and performance insights
  • Help design learning journeys aligned with role requirements and career progression
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priority learning interventions
Learning Content & Digital Learning
  • Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, guides, and toolkits
  • Support the creation of internal learning content and knowledge resources
  • Utilize digital learning platforms, AI solutions, and learning technologies to enhance delivery
  • Support the development of interactive, microlearning, and digital learning modules
Learning Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze learning data including participation, completion, learning hours, and impact
  • Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel or other analytical tools
  • Support management reporting and insights related to capability development
  • Maintain accurate learning records and documentation
Performance Management
  • Support the rollout of performance management cycles, including goal setting, midyear, and annual reviews
  • Assist in analyzing performance data to identify development needs
  • Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • Prepare performance insights and reports for leadership review
Stakeholder Engagement & Systems
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and managers on learning initiatives
  • Support leaders in implementing development programs within their teams
  • Utilize HR and digital learning systems to manage learning activities and reporting
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and digital tools to improve learning effectiveness

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting learning & development, capability building, or performance management initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple learning initiatives
  • Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities (Excel, dashboards, metrics)
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and HR systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Detailoriented, organized, and deliveryfocused mindset
  • Interest in innovation, AI, and digital learning solutions
