This role is ideal for a learning and performance professional who enjoys turning strategy into action, working closely with stakeholders, and using data to drive meaningful development outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Learning & Development Execution- Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
- Coordinate the rollout of learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives across functions
- Manage endtoend training logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, materials, and communications
- Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness
- Maintain the organizational learning calendar and ensure smooth program execution
- Support the development of structured learning journeys for corporate and industrial roles
- Support the development and implementation of capability frameworks and structured development pathways
- Assist in identifying capability gaps based on business needs and performance insights
- Help design learning journeys aligned with role requirements and career progression
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priority learning interventions
- Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, guides, and toolkits
- Support the creation of internal learning content and knowledge resources
- Utilize digital learning platforms, AI solutions, and learning technologies to enhance delivery
- Support the development of interactive, microlearning, and digital learning modules
- Track and analyze learning data including participation, completion, learning hours, and impact
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel or other analytical tools
- Support management reporting and insights related to capability development
- Maintain accurate learning records and documentation
- Support the rollout of performance management cycles, including goal setting, midyear, and annual reviews
- Assist in analyzing performance data to identify development needs
- Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Prepare performance insights and reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and managers on learning initiatives
- Support leaders in implementing development programs within their teams
- Utilize HR and digital learning systems to manage learning activities and reporting
- Leverage data, dashboards, and digital tools to improve learning effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting learning & development, capability building, or performance management initiatives
- Strong coordination and execution skills across multiple learning initiatives
- Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities (Excel, dashboards, metrics)
- Experience with digital learning platforms and HR systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detailoriented, organized, and deliveryfocused mindset
- Interest in innovation, AI, and digital learning solutions
- Be part of a dynamic and purposedriven organization
- Work closely with business leaders across diverse functions
- Gain exposure to structured recruitment practices and corporate HR operations
