Your Mission

As RPAS Pilot & Flight Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of flight operations and engineering test campaigns. From simulator sessions to field testing, you will drive the integration, validation, and continuous improvement of our UAV systems in close coordination with Eanans engineering, safety, and regulatory teams.

You will serve as a hybrid professional equally comfortable on the flight line, in the control room, and within collaborative technical environments.

• Execute and support UAS flight test activities, including test planning, piloting (remote and optionally inhabited test platforms), safety pilot duties, and post-flight reporting.
• Conduct simulator-based evaluations, including development testing and Failure Modes & Effects Testing (FMET).
• Lead or contribute to Flight Readiness Reviews, Test Safety Reviews, and related documentation and administrative processes.
• Prepare and execute test cards, manage control room operations, and provide technical direction during test campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support system integration, validation, and failure mode analysis.
• Ensure compliance with national civil aviation regulations, internal SOPs, and global safety standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of flight and test activities.
• Promote a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement across all test operations.
• Perform additional technical and operational duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field such as aerospace, unmanned systems, robotics, or electronics.
• (Extensive experience as a UAS flight operator may compensate for missing formal education.)
• Certified drone license (compliant with national UAS regulations).
• Radio Telephony (RT) license is a strong plus.

• Proven flight experience with unmanned systems and/or test operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard digital tools for documentation and communication.
• Fluent in English (ICAO Level 5 or equivalent); Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear and concise communication skills verbal, written, and operational.
• Strong safety mindset with an impeccable flight safety record.
• Able to contribute in technical reviews, flight briefs, and engineering discussions.

• Eligible to obtain security clearance as required by the company or regulatory authorities.
• Unrestricted international travel rights (e.g. VISA eligibility across key countries).
