About the Client:

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. To support their business growth, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join the HR team and help attract top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in Real Estate or high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiar with UAE labor laws and best hiring practices.
