We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer for our client, a creative agency specializing in experiential events and brand activations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic

thinker with exceptional design skills and the ability to translate marketing briefs into

compelling visual solutions that create memorable brand experiences, particularly in retail

and consumer marketing environments.

• Develop creative concepts and execute high quality designs across multiple touchpoints including print, branding, digital, and event materials
• Create visual mock-ups from scratch ranging from branded POSMs to dressing up
• Venue Interiors and other branding opportunities
• Collaborate/communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand experiences and marketing campaigns
• Prepare artwork for various printing methods and matrials, ensuring optimal production quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions coming up with concepts for Events, or Experiential activations
• Interpret creative briefs, client feedback and translate it into visually compelling solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs based on client and internal stakeholder input

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with particular emphasis on InDesign
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Strong grasp of retail and consumer marketing landscapes
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong multitasking capabilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of print production processes and specifications
• Experience creating event activation designs and promotional materials
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and pride in work quality
• Resilience and adaptability in responding to client feedback and requests
• Openness to creative feedback and proactive approach to design improvement

• Experience working on experiential events and activations - a significant advantage
• Exposure to alcohol/beverage brand campaigns and activations highly valued
• Motion graphics and video editing experience
• Background in advertising agency environment (not required - candidates with relevant creative experience encouraged to apply)
